Grantee Performances

We want to hear about your upcoming performances. When you submit the information, it will be added to our Grantee Calendar and we’ll promote it on our Instagram.

Use of Funds

All grant recipients are required to submit an itemized accounting of monies spent as described in your proposal. Download and fill out the Grantee Report on Use of Funds form and be sure to include copies of receipts or canceled checks when submitting the form and accompanying documentation to The Olga Forrai Foundation via email (contact@olgaforraifoundation.org) or USPS.

Testimonial
